Social Media Presentation

On November 18 , Robert Hackenson Jr., came to our school to inform us of the effects of social media and the internet. Mr. Hackenson Jr. described in detail the hardships of navigating the internet, including a demonstration where he called on people in the audience to join him. He also spoke about social media addiction and how doing simple things like exercising and taking phone breaks can really impact your screen usage and, in turn, improve your life and well-being. All in all, the presentation was inspiring. However, the real question is, how many of us will take these tips and facts into consideration?
