We recently visited the GW Ecology Club’s new animals, and they are so cute! In October the Ecology club got seven baby turtles. This was only the beginning, they then got Gecko Lizards and hermit crabs. Earlier this month, they got a whole fish tank of little trout. Today, on January 30 they are painting the backs of the turtles to help identify each of them. But, their cuteness this isn’t the only reason they got these animals. At the end of the year the Ecology Club is releasing the turtles and the trout back into the ocean where they belong. They are doing this to make sure the animals have a healthy and safe start, and to make an impact on these animals species population. In conclusion, the GW Ecology club is making a big impact towards animals.
