Wayne Valley Student Presentation to 8th Graders
The Wayne Valley marketing class warns 8th graders of the dangers of vaping.

On Wednesday, February 27, the students of Wayne Valley’s marketing classes made a presentation to our 8th grade students to warn them of the risks of vaping. The presentation included information about how the vaping companies market and target teenagers the same way that tobacco companies used to market to teenagers back in the 1980s. They included photographs of different marketing techniques throughout the years and alerted students so that they would not fall prey to this dangerous trend. The presenters, some of whom attended GWMS, did an excellent job informing our students about e-cigarettes.
