Q: What year did you start advising the newspaper club?

A: 2011, I believe.

Q: How did you feel when you first started the club?

A: It was exciting!  There was a lot of potential for the club.

Q: Was the newspaper ever actually a printed paper?

A:  Yes, actually, when I took over the club, it was a paper that was printed 3 times per year.  Starting in 2011, we printed one paper each month.

Q:  When did you switch to a website?

A: In 2016 we launched a very basic free website.  It was pretty good, but didn’t have everything we needed. This school year, we launched a SNO Site (School Newspaper Online) which has been awesome.

Q: Why the change to a website?

A: We wanted to be more technologically advanced.  It was also a way for us to become more environmentally friendly.  Now, we only print a one page preview sheet 3 times a year.
